Learning in Public: Why I Write This Blog
I'm not an expert. I'm a builder sharing what I learn.
Why Write Publicly?
Accountability: Publishing forces clarity. Can't BS your way through a blog post.
Learning: Teaching is the best way to learn. Writing exposes gaps in understanding.
Networking: You meet people building similar things. Conversations start.
Documentation: Future me will thank present me for writing this down.
The Fear
"What if I'm wrong? What if people judge me?"
They will. That's fine.
Better to be wrong publicly and learn than right privately and stay ignorant.
Who This Helps
Other founders building in Kenya. Developers working on similar problems. Future me when I forget why we made a decision.
The Commitment
One post per week minimum. Topics: startups, technical deep dives, honest reflections.
No fluff. No SEO spam. Just real experiences.
The Result
I've connected with founders I never would have met. Learned from their corrections. Clarified my own thinking.
Worth every minute.
